AD-MOUNT F + DAPI enables immediate DNA visualization using DAPI (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole). It is ideal for fixed samples where clear nuclear contrast is required. AD-MOUNT F + DAPI is a ready-to-use, non-hardening mounting medium designed for high-performance fluorescence microscopy. It stabilizes fluorescence signals across a broad range of fluorophores and fluorescent proteins, including FITC, Alexa Fluor® dyes, GFP, mCherry, Cy3, and Cy5. Its liquid format maintains the three-dimensional integrity of delicate or thick samples and prevents compression or distortion during mounting.

This medium is ideal for both widefield and confocal imaging, very good results are achieved when used for super-resolution imaging SIM or STED. The mounting is useful especially in applications where photobleaching or signal fading is a concern. AD-MOUNT F + DAPI is fully compatible with formaldehyde and methanol fixation protocols and performs optimally with AD-SEAL mounting spacers.
