Hardening Mounting Medium with Nuclear Stain

AD-MOUNT H+DAPI is a hardening fluorescence mounting medium with integrated DAPI (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) for direct nuclear DNA staining. It offers high structural preservation, long-term photostability, and prevents dye diffusion—making it ideal for archiving cellular and tissue samples for fluorescence imaging.

This medium forms a cured protective layer that secures the sample and supports delicate structures, including membrane- and cytoskeleton-associated features. AD-MOUNT H+DAPI is fully compatible with common fluorophores such as FITC, Cy3, Alexa Fluor® dyes, mCherry, and phalloidin-conjugates. It is particularly suited for widefield and confocal microscopy where both DNA visualization and durability are needed.
