Hardening Mounting Medium for Long-Term Fluorescence Storage

AD-MOUNT H is a universal, hardening mounting medium designed for long-term preservation in fluorescence microscopy. It forms a cured protective seal over mounted samples, preventing dehydration and sample drift. With a refractive index of 1.45 and excellent antifade performance, AD-MOUNT H is especially suited for imaging fine or delicate structures—such as actin filaments labeled with phalloidin.

This ready-to-use medium stabilizes a wide range of fluorophores including FITC, Alexa Fluor® dyes, Cy3, and mCherry. It is ideal for applications requiring durable slide storage without fluorophore diffusion or signal loss.
