AD-SEAL Round12, ID07-07-150 adhesive spacers are precision-cut, non-transparent adhesive rings optimized for fluorescence and light microscopy sample preparation. The Round12 format indicates an outer round shape of 12 mm—designed to fit standard 12 mm round cover glasses. The ID07 specifies a 7 mm internal diameter, which defines the central imaging area for your sample. Thick 150 denotes a 150 µm thickness, corresponding to the BLACK color line, easily visible under a microscope for orientation.

These spacers maintain a uniform space between the cover and substrate glass, or between two coverslips, protecting delicate biological specimens from compression and capillary forces. This is especially important for imaging larger or 3D samples such as oocytes, organoids, or embryos.
