AD-SEAL SQ22-15-100 adhesive spacers are precision-cut, non-transparent adhesive rings optimized for fluorescence and light microscopy sample preparation. The SQ22 format indicates an outer square shape of 22 mm—designed to fit standard 22 mm cover glasses. The ID15 specifies a 15 mm internal diameter, which defines the central imaging area for your sample. Thick 100 denotes a 100 µm thickness, corresponding to the RED color line, easily visible under a microscope for orientation.

These spacers maintain a uniform space between the cover and substrate glass, or between two coverslips, protecting delicate biological specimens from compression and capillary forces. This is especially important for imaging larger or 3D samples such as oocytes, organoids, or embryos.
