AD-MOUNT S+DAPI is a high-performance, non-hardening mounting medium with integrated DAPI nuclear stain. Designed for advanced fluorescence imaging—including SIM, STED, and other super-resolution techniques—it delivers exceptional signal stability and reliable DNA counterstaining in a ready-to-use liquid format.

This medium reduces photobleaching, prevents sample compression, and preserves the structural morphology of fragile or 3D specimens. Compatible with synthetic fluorophores and AD-SEAL spacers, AD-MOUNT S+DAPI supports precise imaging across widefield, confocal, and super-resolution modes.

⚠ Contains n-Propyl Gallate (nPG): May quench some protein-based fluorophores (e.g., GFP).
Experimental verification is recommended.
